Diso is an innovative health and wellness supplement brand with a genuinely differentiated product. Rather than traditional capsules or tablets, Diso's dissolvable strips gives consumers an easier way to take their supplements.

With a growing and engaged customer base, Diso came to For You looking to unlock the full commercial potential of TikTok Shop.

This case study focuses on the first month of 2026.

The challenge:

ULOCK UNTAPPED POTENTIAL

When Diso came on board, there was a clear opportunity to strengthen the foundations of their TikTok Shop. While the brand had a range of products available, GMV was largely concentrated around a single SKU - meaning there was significant untapped potential across the wider product range.

With a more structured shop strategy and a scalable affiliate programme, there was a real opportunity to shift the channel's trajectory. Attracting higher-quality customers, broadening the product mix, and building a more commercially sustainable presence on TikTok Shop.

Our approach:

REBUILD THEIR TIKTOK SHOP

We started with a full audit and rebuilt the Diso TikTok Shop from the ground up.

Product listings were reoptimised to reflect best practice, we also introduced a 'relevance bundle' to drive higher order value and naturally reduce reliance on the single hero SKU.

We implemented a more tactical approach to discounting, replacing blanket price cuts with structured buy-more-save-more schemes that incentivised volume purchasing while protecting margin. A gift-with-purchase mechanic was also introduced to reward customers and improve the overall perception of value without sacrificing profitability.

We rebuilt their affiliate strategy. Diso had been relying on just two core affiliates. We scaled this to over 500 contributing affiliates, dramatically broadening reach and reducing dependency on any individual creator.

To support this, a dedicated Affiliate community group was created for top contributors, giving them continuous, real-time intel on what was performing and keeping them engaged and briefed.

Finally, we activated the CRM function to re-engage lapsed customers, bringing warm audiences back into the programme and improving overall customer lifetime value.

January confirmed what the groundwork had been pointing toward all along: the strategy wasn’t just theory, it was working in practice. GMV rose by 152% versus the previous period, while gross sales increased by 72%. Total orders rose by 77%.

The buyer metrics told an equally compelling story. Total buyers grew by 83%, while first-time buyers surged by 119% - proof that the rebuilt affiliate programme and optimised listings were actively pulling in a new audience at scale.

Underpinning all of it was the profitability swing that started this whole journey - from -20% to highs of +30%. January 2026 became Diso's highest GMV month on record, even overtaking BF/CM.

We started on TikTok in October 2024 with an independent agency and decided to move to For You during 2025 to help us scale.
